A $7MM+ expansion and renovation of a massive structural footprint increase while maintaining the dealership’s daily sales and service operations without interruption.  Construction of a state-of-the-art 30,405-square-foot service center facility featuring 25 high-capacity service bays and a 3,500-square-foot expansion and total renovation of the existing showroom, creating a modern, high-volume retail environment aligned with Honda’s latest brand standards.  Project also included a full interior refresh of administrative offices and customer touchpoints to improve the “hospitality-first” experience.
