Trade partners are integral to the successful execution of our projects, and we are always open to working with qualified vendors that meet our requirements and standards for excellence. Our commitment to rapid project delivery without sacrificing build quality is how we’ve established our reputation, and we expect the same commitment from our partners.
BACH requires all subcontractors to be prequalified before working on any of our projects. All vendors must submit a completed W9, Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the minimum requirements linked below, and our Trade Partner Agreement.
Please note that all COI submissions must include all requested endorsement pages. Vendors applying for work on multi-family residential projects must include a full schedule of exclusions for review with their submission.
