Historic Yellow Brick Row Renovation

BACH is delivering the renovation of the historic 1701 N. Franklin Street building in Tampa Heights’ Yellow Brick Row district, converting the former Hall on Franklin space into Hail Mary Social Club, a new sports bar and restaurant concept. The scope includes buildout of a full commercial kitchen, curved video/TV installations, and a dining and bar layout seating approximately 200 guests within the ~16,000-square-foot historic structure. The project is the first of several concepts planned for the building as part of a roughly $15 million redevelopment. Expected completion Fall of 2026.
