Liquid Diet Bar

BACH completed a full ground-up buildout of a former Downtown Las Vegas auto garage, converting the 1,600 SF space into Liquid Diet — an unmarked, alley-entrance cocktail bar in the Arts District. The scope included a complete interior transformation from raw garage shell to an open cocktail kitchen, indoor lounge, and patio, delivering a highly detailed, character-driven space true to the ownership’s vision. Winner of Eater Vegas’s 2023 Best New Bar of the Year.
