BACH completed a 4,038 SF interior tenant buildout for Marathon Health’s 4YOU Health Center serving Round Rock ISD staff and their families. The facility was designed to support efficient patient care with a clean, modern environment.
The project included exam rooms, behavioral health rooms, pharmacy, lobby waiting area, laboratory, registration, and support spaces designed to optimize workflow and patient experience.
With a clean interior palette, modern lighting, and efficient room organization, the completed clinic reflects the practical, polished aesthetic seen throughout the BACH portfolio while supporting day-to-day care operations.
