Marathon Health Centennial Center Clinic

BACH completed a 2,696 SF interior tenant buildout for Marathon Health’s Network Health Center located at Centennial Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The facility was designed to serve plan sponsors, their members, and families with accessible, high-quality advanced primary care in a clean, modern clinical environment. The project included a lobby and waiting area, registration, four exam rooms, two health coach rooms, a nurses station, laboratory, soils room, conference room, medicine and supply closets, break room, and support spaces thoughtfully organized to optimize workflow and patient experience. With a refined interior palette, modern lighting, and efficient room planning, the completed clinic reflects the practical, polished aesthetic seen throughout the BACH portfolio while supporting the full scope of day-to-day primary care operations.
