Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

BACH Development delivered a comprehensive $42.5 million renovation and conversion program at the Westgate Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, significantly upgrading both guest accommodations and public amenities.

The project included the renovation of 361 hotel rooms in the East Tower, along with the conversion of 198 units into timeshare accommodations across the East and Central Towers. In addition to room work, BACH executed extensive common area improvements, including upgrades to casino floor restrooms, slot wall features, office suites, and the North Patio Event Center.

BACH also enhanced the property’s hospitality and retail offerings through renovations and buildouts of multiple venues, including Sid’s, Velvet Bar, Edge Steakhouse, Golden Dragon Boba, and Viva Coffee & Espresso, as well as retail spaces such as Baubles, Luxe, and The Edit.
