Scott Smith

In 2003, Scott Smith founded his first construction enterprise with no clients, no revenue, and a clear vision: deliver quality construction with the discipline and accountability that the industry demands. Within two years, he had grown that company to $3.5 million in annual revenue entirely through hustle and reputation.

Scott launched BACH Development, LLC in 2006, and was initially focused on residential land development and building custom homes. Recognizing a growth opportunity in commercial construction, he pivoted the company into a full-service general contractor, steadily expanding the company’s geographic footprint and service capabilities. Today, BACH operates across multiple states with a deep roster of repeat commercial clients, many of them publicly traded.

Under Scott's leadership, BACH has delivered a broad portfolio of commercial projects: automotive dealership renovations across Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida; high-rise hotel renovations in Las Vegas; clubhouse and amenity renovations for major residential communities; restaurant construction; and large-scale site development across the Pacific Northwest and Southeast. The company has also executed comprehensive hurricane response and disaster recovery contracts for two major REITs spanning Florida and Texas.

Scott leads every aspect of BACH’s operations, managing everything from client development, project estimating, project management, and multi-office coordination. His hands-on approach and commitment to accountability have made BACH a preferred contractor for clients who expect more than the minimum.
