A $13M+ ground-up construction and expansion of a 51,612-square-foot, 67-bay service center for AutoNation Toyota. Project required extensive site redevelopment, including dewatering and treatment of contaminated groundwater, along with the rerouting of critical underground utilities. Structural work included steel erection and precision installation of prefabricated concrete panels using coordinated crane operations, all while not disturbing the ongoing operations of the dealership campus.
